Leave Outside the Bargaining Unit. 12.7.1.1 If the leave is for one year or less the teacher shall return to the original school (in the same position of added responsibility, if any). 12.7.1.2 If the leave is for more than one year the teacher shall be reassigned a position, including any of added responsibility, in accordance with Article 12. 12.7.1.3 If the leave is for more than two years a teacher holding a position of added responsibility shall lose the position of added responsibility and be reassigned a position in accordance with Article 12.
