Leave Protection Due to Physical Attack by a Student or Students While Performing a School Duty. The Board will pay the difference between the Bargaining Unit Member’s salary and workers’ compensation for a period not to exceed sixty (60) calendar days. These days will not be deducted from sick or personal leave days. These days will not be cumulative. All claims shall be substantiated by the school physician.
