Leave Shall be Granted. All teachers who are members of the Ohio National Guard, the Ohio Defense Corps, the Ohio Naval Militia or members of other reserve components of the Armed Forces of the United States shall be granted a leave of absence from their respective teaching assignments for such time as they are in military service or field training or active duty for a period of time not to exceed thirty (30) days in any one (1) calendar year.
