Leave to Attend Contract Negotiations. ‌ The Employer will grant leave without pay to not less than three (3) employees for the purpose of attending contract negotiations meetings with the Employer and pre-negotiation meetings on behalf of the Union. During such leave, the Employer will maintain the regular salary of such employee(s). The Union will reimburse the Employer for salary recovery upon presentation of an invoice to the Local Union stating amounts for each employee involved.
