LEAVE TO ATTEND MEETINGS OF STATUTORY BOARDS AND COMMITTEES. The employer shall grant leave on full pay at the request of the employee, to employees attending meetings of Boards or Committees convened by the Ministry of Health or the State Services Commission, the Psychologists Board and its committees or professional association executive or governance meetings provided that: a) any remuneration received for the period that paid leave was granted shall be paid to the employer.
