  • Leaving the Building Employees may leave their assignments during the time encompassed by the employee’s workday upon receipt of permission from their principal, their supervisor, or the Employer’s appointed designee.

  • Continuing the Work The Contractor shall carry on the Work and adhere to the progress schedule during all disputes, disagreements or alternative resolution processes with the Owner. The Contractor shall not delay or postpone any Work because of the pending resolution of any disputes, disagreements or processes, except as the Owner and the Contractor may agree in writing.

  • Access to the Workplace Union health and safety staff or Union consultants shall be provided access to the workplace and to attend meetings of the committee or Union committee or for inspecting, investigating or monitoring the workplace.

  • Conditions Affecting the Work The Contractor shall be responsible for having taken steps reasonably necessary to ascertain the nature and location of the Work, and the general and local conditions, which can affect the Work or the cost thereof for any Job Order. Any failure by the Contractor to do so will not relieve him from responsibility for successfully performing the Work without additional expense to the County. The County assumes no responsibility for any understanding or representations concerning conditions made by any of its officers or agents prior to the execution of this Contract, unless such understanding or representations by the County are expressly stated in the Contract.

  • Vacating the Premises The Licensee shall vacate the Premises: (1) upon the normal expiration of this Agreement or (2) upon termination or revocation of this Agreement or (3) within the three-day period set forth in the three-day eviction notice, whichever comes first.

  • Access to the Work The Design Professional and its representatives shall have access to the Work at all times while it is in progress, and shall comply with all job site safety rules.

  • Using the Services Please review the Twitter Rules, which are part of the User Agreement and outline what is prohibited on the Services. You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Our Services evolve constantly. As such, the Services may change from time to time, at our discretion. You may not do any of the following while accessing or using the Services: (i) access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Services, Twitter's computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Twitter's providers; (ii) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures; (iii) access or search or attempt to access or search the Services by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through our currently available, published interfaces that are provided by Twitter (and only pursuant to the applicable terms and conditions), unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with Twitter (NOTE: crawling the Services is permissible if done in accordance with the provisions of the robots.txt file, however, scraping the Services without the prior consent of Twitter is expressly prohibited); (iv) forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting, or in any way use the Services to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information; or (v) interfere with, or disrupt, (or attempt to do so), the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing the Services, or by scripting the creation of Content in such a manner as to interfere with or create an undue burden on the Services. We also reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as we reasonably believe is necessary to (i) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, (ii) enforce the Terms, including investigation of potential violations hereof,

  • Access to Worksite 9.4.1 Authorized representatives of the Association shall have the right to transact official Association business on school property during regular school business hours provided that such activities or use do not interfere with classroom instruction or interrupt normal operations.

  • Violence in the Workplace (a) The parties agree that violence shall be defined as any incident in which an employee is abused, threatened or assaulted while performing his or her work. The parties agree it includes the application of force, threats with or without weapons and severe verbal abuse. The parties agree that such incidents will not be condoned. Any employee who believes he/she has been subjected to such incident shall report this to a supervisor who will make every reasonable effort to rectify the situation. For purposes of sub-article (a) only, employees as referred to herein shall mean all employees of the Employer notwithstanding Article 2.12.
