LED Display Signs. The amount of the annual service charge for Included Services is calculated based on the number of display signs included in the AVLS as of August 1, 2009. Contractor may increase the annual service charge for Included Services by the prorata cost per display sign of $58 per month or $696 per year (as set out in the following table) for each display sign added to the AVLS that results in a net gain in the number of display signs included in the AVLS. Contractor may charge not more than its hourly rate (as provided in Appendix B to this Maintenance Agreement) for time actually expended in installing a display sign or for removing a display sign to be retired and installing a new display sign. If custom hardware is required to mount a sign, engineering hourly rates apply for design of the custom brackets. Additional charges will include cost plus 10 percent for building custom brackets.
