Legal and Other Fees. 17.1 Each Council shall bear its own legal and other fees in relation to the preparation and completion of this Agreement.

As of the date hereof, all fees owed to the Agent and the Lenders under the Fee Letter and all legal fees and expenses of counsel to the Agent incurred through such date (including fees and expenses incurred in connection with the preparation of the Original Agreements and all related Loan Documents) shall have been paid in full.
