LEGAL CONSULTATION. The Licensee must submit any proposed changes to the written language of this Agreement during the Reservation Request process. The Licensee intending to submit alternate language must request a word document version of the License Agreement; any alternate language must be submitted electronically as a word document (.doc or .docx) and showing the requested changes using “Track Changes” during the second phase of the reservation request process. Alternate language will be reviewed by GW’s Office of the Senior Vice President and General Counsel. The Licensee will only correspond with GW Housing, not directly with GW’s Office of the Senior Vice President and General Counsel. GW Housing staff will communicate the acceptance or denial of this alternate language within forty-five (45) days of submission. If denied, the Licensee will either need to cancel their reservation or accept this Agreement in its original form.
