Legal Description and Address of Property. Buyer agrees to buy and Seller agrees to sell real property in DeKalb County, Georgia, which is generally described on the attached Schedule A, incorporated herein by this reference (the “Property”). Buyer acknowledges that any acreage and/or square footage figures listed in this Agreement are approximations only, and Buyer agrees to accept the Property as it is presently configured. The term “Property” includes all of Seller’s right, title and interest to all easements, rights, privileges and appurtenances to the Property, if any, but it does not include any specific items of furniture, fixtures or equipment unless such items are specifically set forth herein. Seller reserves the right to remove any or all furniture, fixtures and equipment before the Closing (defined in Section 5 below).
