Common use of Legal Fee Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Legal Fee Reimbursement. As reimbursement for the Company’s legal fees incurred in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby, the Investor agrees to pay to Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx & Xxxxxxxx LLP (“Xxxxxxxxxx”) the lesser of (i) the amount of Xxxxxxxxxx’x reasonable and documented legal fees for services rendered by Xxxxxxxxxx to the Company in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby and (ii) $5,000. The Investor shall make such payment within a reasonable time following receipt of an invoice from Xxxxxxxxxx documenting the amount of such fees (but in any event within sixty (60) days following receipt of such invoice).
