The Borrower’s complete limited liability company name is set forth in the preamble to this Agreement (or such other name pursuant to Section 5.03(g)), and other than pursuant to Section 5.03(g), and it does not use and has not during the last year used any other limited liability company name, trade name, doing-business name or fictitious name.
