The EU-LAC Foundation shall enjoy international legal personality and the necessary legal capacity for the fulfilment of its objectives and activities, in the territory of each of its Members, in accordance with their domestic laws. 2. The Foundation shall also have the capacity to contract, to acquire and dispose of movable and immovable property and to institute legal proceedings.
