Legal Right of Entry. The Owner shall provide for the CMTISP’s right to enter from time to time the property owned by Owner and/or other(s) in order for the CMTISP to fulfill the scope of services indicated hereunder.

Legal Right of Entry. CLIENT shall provide for IME's right to enter from time to time property owned by CLIENT and/or other(s) in order for IME to fulfill the scope of services indicated hereunder.
