Legality of Information. Certificate Owner shall solely be responsible for the legality of the information they present for use in certificates in any jurisdiction in which such content may be used or viewed. Certificate owner is liable for any misrepresentations they make in a certificate to third parties that reasonably rely on the representation contained therein.
