LEGISLATION - EFFECT OF NEW LEGISLATION. If at any time, the Provincial or Federal government introduces new legislation, or changes existing legislation, which makes any part of this Agreement a lesser benefit than the law, the greater benefit shall take effect as soon as possible. The Labour Management Committee will determine mutually agreeable procedures for implementation of the legislation in compliance with the terms of the legislation.
