Term of Agreement — Continuation Clause. The duration of this Agreement shall be from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2022. In the event negotiations are not completed before its date of expiry, this Agreement shall continue in force until amended or superseded and salary and other adjustments shall be retroactive to April 1, unless otherwise specified. The operation of Section 50(2) of the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia is specifically excluded.

  • Term of Agreement This Agreement becomes effective upon the date of the last signature below ("Effective Date") and shall remain in effect until the completion of all obligations of both Parties hereto, or five years from the Effective Date, whichever comes first.
