Union Recognition/Bargaining Unit Description. Except with the mutual written consent of the Association and the College, no faculty member covered by the Association's certification shall be required or permitted to make a written or oral agreement with the College or its representatives which may conflict with the terms of this Agreement.
Union Recognition/Bargaining Unit Description. The Bargaining Unit shall comprise all employees included in the bargaining unit as described in the Certificate of Bargaining Authority issued by the Industrial Relations Council.
