Lender Approval of Instruments and Parties. All proceedings taken in accordance with transactions provided for herein; all surveys, appraisals and documents required or contemplated by this Agreement and the persons responsible for the execution and preparation thereof; shall be satisfactory to and subject to reasonable approval by Lender. Lender’s counsel shall be provided with copies of all documents which they may reasonably request in connection with the Agreement.
