Approval by Xxxxxx. You may use “Delivery by Seller” as a fulfilment model only if approved by Xxxxxx.
Approval by Xxxxxx. This Lease shall not become effective unless and until the County Board approves this Lease. Such approval by the County Board shall be evidenced by the execution of this Lease by the County Manager or other person designated by the County Board. Upon the execution and delivery by Landlord of a Lease that is acceptable to the County Manager, it shall use reasonable efforts to promptly obtain the approval of the County Board to the Lease consistent with the County process for the review and submission of documents to the County Board for consideration. If this Lease is not approved by the County Board, then no liability whatsoever shall accrue to the Landlord or Tenant and the Parties shall have no obligations whatsoever to each other.
Approval by Xxxxxx. Any approval required of the Lessor by this Lease will not be unreasonably withheld. The Lessor’s approval does not waive the Lessee's legal responsibility or liability to comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
Approval by Xxxxxx. The Lessor will not unreasonably withhold any approval required under this Lease.
