Common use of Lender Requirements Clause in Contracts

Lender Requirements. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in the Facility Lease or any other Lease Document, all of the insurance requirements (including application of Loss Proceeds) set forth in Section 3.5, Section 3.6, Article 13, and this Schedule 13.2 and any other insurance requirements (including application of Loss Proceeds) set forth in the Lease Documents shall remain subject, in all respects, to the requirements of the Lenders, if any.

Lender Requirements. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in the Facility Lease or any other Lease Document, all of the insurance requirements (including application of Loss Proceeds) set forth in Section 3.53.6, Section 3.63.7, Article 13, and this Schedule 13.2 and any other insurance requirements (including application of Loss Proceeds) set forth in the Lease Documents shall remain subject, in all respects, to the requirements of the Lenders, if any.
