Length of Coverage. If none of the above rules determines the order of benefits, the benefits of the Benefit Program which covered an employee, member or subscriber lon ger are determined before those of the Benefit Program which covered that person for the shorter term.
Length of Coverage. Coverage begins on: (1) the date this Agreement was purchased for the Covered Product; or (2) the date you took possession of the Covered Product. This Agreement expires on the date set forth in your sales receipt, Agreement certificate or as otherwise stated within this Agreement (“Term”).

Length of Coverage. A teacher is eligible for the District's contribution as long as the teacher is employed by the school. Upon voluntary separation, or dismissal from employment, all District contributions shall cease (District contributions shall continue through June 30 for all teachers completing the school term). It is understood that the District's only obligation is to pay such amounts as agreed to herein and no claim shall be made against the District as a result of a denial of insurance benefits by an insurance carrier. A teacher has the option to pay the COBRA insurance amount for July and August if he/she is subject to a Reduction in Force (RIF) and his/her contract is not renewed by the date the monthly insurance premiums are due. If said teacher is issued a contract for the ensuing school year, the District shall reimburse the teacher for the District’s portion of the health insurance premiums paid prior to contract reinstatement if said teacher remained on the District’s health insurance plan during the RIF period. If the teacher chooses not to remain on the District’s health insurance plan during the RIF period, the District has no obligation to pay for said teacher’s premiums if the teacher returns to service.

Length of Coverage. In the event an employee has earned less than a minimum of eighty points, the Borough will provide hospitalization up to a cumulative cost of $5,000 per employee.

One (1) year from the date of purchase by the first consumer purchaser of the Product. • improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, including but not limited to physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc) to the surface of the product; • contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity or heavy perspiration (unless your product is specified as waterproof),sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat, or food; • use of the Products for commercial purposes or subjecting the Products to abnormal usage or conditions; or • other acts which are not the fault or negligence of BlueAnt, are excluded from coverage. • serial numbers or date tags that have been removed, altered or obliterated; • broken seals or seals that show evidence of tampering; • mismatched board serial numbers; • non-conforming or non-BlueAnt housings or parts; or • any other alterations or modifications not approved by BlueAnt are excluded from coverage. This Limited Warranty extends only to the first consumer purchaser, and is not transferable. Consumers who believe their BlueAnt Products are faulty should contact the authorized customer service centers outlined below. Products will be confirmed to be faulty by BlueAnt, in its sole judgment, upon testing by BlueAnt or its authorized service centers. If a Product is found to be faulty under the terms of this Limited Warranty, BlueAnt will, at its option, repair or replace any Products that do not conform to this warranty. This shall be the consumer’s sole remedy. BlueAnt reserves the right to use functionally equivalent reconditioned/refurbished/pre- owned or new Products, accessories or parts in the warranty process. No hardware, data, software or applications added to your Product, including but not limited to personal contact details, speed dial numbers, language voice prompts and ringer tones, will be reinstalled. To avoid losing such hardware, data, software, and applications, please create a backup or remove the hardware prior to requesting service.
Length of Coverage. Coverage begins 30-days after the date this Agreement was purchased for the Covered Product(s). This Agreement expires on the date set forth in your Agreement certificate (“Term”) or this BPA is fulfilled and shall expire once the Covered Product is replaced.
