Common use of LENGTH OF REGULAR WORKDAY Clause in Contracts

LENGTH OF REGULAR WORKDAY. 1. The regular on duty teacher workday, inclusive of a thirty (30) minute duty free lunch, shall be no greater than seven (7) hours and forty-five (45) minutes. 2. Bargaining unit members shall not be required to teacher more than seven (7) periods per day at the high school, six (6) periods per day at the middle school and shall not be given remediation and intervention responsibilities more than one grading period out of four.
