Break Period All employees working in full time (7 or 7.5 hour) positions shall be permitted a fifteen (15) minute rest period both in the first half and the second half of a shift.

Duration Period This Agreement shall be effective as of July 1, 2002 and shall continue in effect until June 30, 2005, subject to the Association’s right to negotiate over a successor agreement as provided in Article II. Measurement method An isolation resistance test instrument is connected between the live parts and the electrical chassis. The isolation resistance is subsequently measured by applying a DC voltage at least half of the working voltage of the high voltage bus. If the system has several voltage ranges (e.g. because of boost converter) in conductively connected circuit and some of the components cannot withstand the working voltage of the entire circuit, the isolation resistance between those components and the electrical chassis can be measured separately by applying at least half of their own working voltage with those components disconnected.
Qualifying Period If a regular employee is promoted or transferred to a position, then that employee shall be considered a qualifying employee in her new position for a period of ninety (90) calendar days. If a regular employee is promoted or transferred to a position either within or outside the certification and is found to be unsatisfactory, she shall be returned to her previously held position. If a regular employee is promoted to a position, either within or outside the certification, and finds the position to be unsatisfactory, she shall be returned to her previously held position.
