If Lenovo determines the performance of Your product is related to a third- party software application on the collaborative support software list found at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx//XxxXxxxXxxxxxx/xx, Lenovo will contact the third-party software supplier, open a service request on Your behalf, and transfer Your call to the software supplier. Lenovo is not responsible for third-party software or the acts or omissions of any software supplier. This Service is only available if You have the necessary licenses, support agreements, and entitlements from the software supplier. This Service is available for support of Lenovo software subject to the terms of Your software license agreement with Lenovo.
