Common use of LESS THAN FULL WEEK Clause in Contracts

LESS THAN FULL WEEK. Less than full weeks of vacation may be arranged outside the normal vacation schedule, as production requirements permit, on notice of one week or less, but will not be confirmed until the last workday before the first vacation day. When approving such vacations, priority will first be given to the longer period requests and then to employees with equal length requests in accordance with seniority.
