LESSEE AND LESSOR COVENANTS AND AGREES. WITH EACH OTHER that each will, if and whenever reasonably required by the other party and at the requesting party's expense to consent to and become a party to any instrument relating to this Lease which may be required by or on behalf of any purchaser, bank or mortgagee from time to time of the said premises provided, always, that the rights of the Lessee and Lessor as hereinbefore set out not be altered or varied by the terms of such instrument or document.
