Lessee to Pay Outgoings. The Lessee must on demand by the Lessor pay the Outgoings relating to the Premises which are specified in Schedule 2 without deduction or set-off.

Lessee to Pay Outgoings. The Lessee must on demand by the Lessor pay the Outgoings relating to the Premises and as specified in the Second Schedule without deduction or set-off. If any Outgoing is not separately assessed on or charged to the Premises, the Lessee must pay a fair and reasonable proportion of that Outgoing. The proportion of Local Authority Rates and Grassed Area Maintenance (refer Second Schedule) shall be determined by the area of the premises in relation to the area of the Land.

  • Additional Rent In addition to Base Rent, Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord as additional rent (“Additional Rent”): (i) Tenant’s Share of “Operating Expenses” (as defined in Section 5), and (ii) any and all other amounts Tenant assumes or agrees to pay under the provisions of this Lease, including, without limitation, any and all other sums that may become due by reason of any default of Tenant or failure to comply with the agreements, terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease to be performed by Tenant, after any applicable notice and cure period.

  • Failure to Pay Rent Any failure of Concessionaire to timely pay any rent due or any other monetary sums required to be paid hereunder where such failure continues for a period of ten (10) consecutive days after such sums are due.
