Basic Rental definition

Basic Rental shall have the meaning as set forth in Paragraph 4 hereof.
Basic Rental. $20.50 per rentable square foot per year payable in equal monthly installments of $13,251.54, subject to adjustment as herein provided.
Basic Rental. $52,413.25 per month.

  • The Operating Costs payable by the Lessee to the Lessor shall amount to R2 400.00 (two thousand four hundred rand) per month [excluding VAT, Basic Rental and all other costs as set out in this Agreement], calculated for the Leased Premises at a rate of R48.00 (forty eight rand) per square metre, which shall be payable by no later than the 1st (first) day of each and every month.

  • Any dispute between the Lessor and the Lessee in regard to the amount of the remission of the Basic Rental and Operating Costs and the date from which, or period for which the Leased Premises are available or unavailable for occupation by the Lessee, shall be decided by the Lessor's auditors who shall consult with the Lessor's architects thereon.

  • The Lessee undertakes to increase the deposit annually in order to adjust it to the annual Escalation in the Basic Rental and Operating Costs.

  • The Lessee will under no circumstances whatsoever be entitled to decrease the Basic Rental, Operating Costs or any other amount payable in terms of this Agreement, retain payment of the Operating Costs or any other amount payable in terms of this Agreement or cancel this Agreement.
