Lessee to Repair Improvements. Subject to Section 14.2(b) below, if during the Term all or any portion of the Tank Farm Assets shall be damaged or destroyed by fire or other casualty, Lessee shall repair or restore the Tank Farm Assets. The work of repair or restoration, which shall be completed with due diligence, shall be commenced within a reasonable time after the damage or loss occurs.
