Lessee’s Acts or Omissions. If Strad’s performance of its obligations under the Rental Contract is prevented or delayed by any act or omission of Lessee or its agents, subcontractors, consultants or employees, Strad shall not be deemed in breach of its obligations under the Rental Contract or otherwise liable for any costs, charges or losses sustained or incurred by Lessee, in each case, to the extent arising directly or indirectly from such prevention or delay.

If any act or omission of the Lessee: Repudiation: is a repudiation of this lease or of the Lessee’s obligations under this lease; or Breach of Lease is a breach of any of the Lessee’s obligations under this lease. the Lessor may recover damages for the loss or damage suffered by reason of the repudiation or breach during the whole of the Term. Entitlement: The Lessor’s entitlement to recover damages: Termination: will not be affected or limited by the termination of this lease; and Additional: is in addition to any other remedy or entitlement of the Lessor.
