Contractor’s Warranty definition

Contractor’s Warranty means the Warranty provided by the Contractor in compliance with the Contract Documents, including the requirements of the STCs.

Contractor’s Warranty is defined in Section 4.3. Declaration means the Declaration of Condominium Property Regime of Keawe Business Center Offices, dated August 27, 2007, as amended from time to time.

• In the event of a conflict between the different Bid documents, the County’s cover Contract (if used) shall have precedence, followed in order by the Invitation to Bid, Purchase Order, Bid, Contractor’s Warranty Agreement, Maintenance Agreement, and/or other Contractor provided agreements.

• The Contractor’s Warranty obligations shall remain in full force and effect regardless of whether the Warranty Work was performed by the Contractor or by the Owner.

• Failure of the Contractor to maintain compliance with the requirements set forth in sub-paragraph 8.13 - Contractor’s Warranty of Adherence to County’s Child Support Compliance Program, shall constitute a default under this Master Agreement.

• Failure of the contractor to maintain compliance with the requirements set forth in Paragraph 8.14 (Contractor’s Warranty of Adherence to County’s Child Support Compliance Program) shall constitute default under this Contract.

• The City may revoke acceptance if the materials, goods, or components are later discovered not to be in conformance with this Contract.For any construction work included in the Services, the Contractor’s Warranty means the Contractor's representation as to the character and quality of the Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents, and the Contractor's promise to repair and replace the work not in conformance with such representations.
