LESSEE'S CONFIRMATION. The Lessee confirms to the Lessor that as at the time indicated above, being the time of Delivery: (a) the Lessee's representations and warranties contained in Clauses 2.1 and 2.2 of the Agreement are hereby repeated; (b) the Aircraft is insured as required by the Agreement; and (c) the Lessee confirms that there have been affixed to the Aircraft and the Engines the fireproof notices required by the Agreement.
