Common use of Lessee's Waiver and Release of Relocation Benefits Clause in Contracts

Lessee's Waiver and Release of Relocation Benefits. In consideration of County's agreement to enter into this Lease, Lessee hereby waives any and all rights it may now have, or may hereafter obtain, to Relocation Benefits arising out of the County's assertion or exercise of its contractual rights to terminate this Lease pursuant to its terms, whether or not such rights are contested by Lessee or any other entity, and releases County from any liability for payment of such Relocation Benefits; provided, however, that Lessee does not waive its rights to Relocation Benefits to the extent that Xxxxxx's entitlement thereto may arise out of any condemnation or pre- condemnation actions taken by the County or any other public agency with respect to the Premises. Lessee shall in the future execute any further documentation of the release and waiver provided hereby as County may reasonably require.
