LESSOR TO MAINTAIN AND OPERATE AIRPORT. Throughout the term of this Agreement, Lessor shall operate, maintain, manage and control the Airport in a first class, efficient, economical and businesslike manner. Such operation, maintenance, management and control shall comply with all pertinent requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration, or successor in duties related thereto, and shall include without limitation the adequate and proper operation and maintenance of the land, runways, taxiways, navigation aids, lighting, equipment, entrances, exits, roads, parking areas and all other public facilities and appurtenances within the boundaries of the Airport.

Member-Generator covenants and agrees to operate their system, facilities and equipment so as to minimize the likelihood for a malfunction or other disturbance, damaging or otherwise affecting or impairing Cooperative’s electrical system. Member-Generator shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, zoning, building codes, safety rules and other environmental regulations or restrictions applicable to the design, installation, operation and maintenance of the Member-Generator's System.

  • Fire and Casualty Insurance Developer shall obtain and keep in full force adequate fire and casualty insurance with coverage in an amount equal to the assessed value of such improvements. In the event of loss the Developer shall use the proceeds of such insurance to promptly reconstruct the damaged or lost improvements.

  • Maintain Property The Borrower shall at all times maintain, preserve and keep its plant, properties and Equipment, including any Collateral, in good repair, working order and condition, and shall from time to time make all needful and proper repairs, renewals, replacements, and additions thereto so that at all times the efficiency thereof shall be fully preserved and maintained.
