Other Public Facilities. Developer shall reserve for acquisition by the applicable public agency any lands located within the Property that are planned for school sites, cemetery, water tanks, electrical utility substations and other such facilities to be acquired by a public agency other than the County. The terms and conditions for the sale of such reserved sites to the applicable entities, including the payment of any reimbursements or provision of any credits for the value of such sites and any improvements by Developer or the Participating Developers thereto, shall be subject to separate agreements with the applicable entities.
Other Public Facilities. Other public amenities and public facilities should be obtained through dedication with an Annexation Agreement and/or Development Agreement, such as public safety buildings and future school sites.

For the purpose of mitigating impacts associated with a development, the City Council may require the dedication of land for other public facilities, including but not limited to fire stations, schools, libraries, police substations, municipal maintenance facilities or similar public purposes which are reasonably related to the demand created by the development.
