Common use of LESSOR'S EXPENSE Clause in Contracts

LESSOR'S EXPENSE. Lessee shall pay Lessor on demand all costs and expenses (including legal fees and expenses) incurred in connection with the preparation, execution and delivery of this Agreement and any other agreements and transactions contemplated hereby, which expenses shall not exceed $2,500 without the written consent of Lessee and all costs and expenses in protecting and enforcing Lessor's rights and interests in each Lease and the equipment, including, without limitation, legal, collection, and remarketing fees and expenses incurred by Lessor in enforcing the terms, conditions, or provisions of each Lease or upon the occurrence and continuation of an Event of Default.

Lessee shall pay Lessor on demand all costs and expenses (including legal fees and expenses) incurred in connection with the preparation, execution and delivery of this Agreement and any other agreements and transactions contemplated hereby, which expenses shall not exceed $2,500 without the written consent of Lessee and all costs and expenses in protecting and enforcing Lessor's rights and interests in each Lease and the equipment, including, without limitation, legal, collection, and remarketing fees and expenses incurred incured by Lessor in enforcing the terms, conditions, or provisions of each Lease or upon the occurrence and continuation of an Event of Default.
