LESSOR'S GENERAL RIGHTS. Upon the occurrence of any Event of Default, LESSOR may do all or any of the following at its option (in addition to such other rights and remedies which LESSOR may have by statute or otherwise but subject to any requirements of applicable Law): (a) terminate this Lease by giving written notice to LESSEE; (b) require that LESSEE immediately move the Aircraft to an airport or other location designated by LESSOR; (c) for LESSEE's account, do anything that may reasonably be required to cure any default and recover from LESSEE all reasonable costs, including legal fees and expenses incurred in doing so and Default Interest; (d) proceed as appropriate to enforce performance of this Lease and to recover any damages for the breach hereof, including the amounts specified in Article 25.5; (e) terminate this Lease by taking possession of the Aircraft or by serving notice requiring LESSEE to return the Aircraft to LESSOR at the location specified by LESSOR. If LESSOR takes possession of the Aircraft, it may enter upon LESSEE's premises where the Aircraft is located without liability. Upon repossession of the Aircraft, LESSOR will then be entitled to sell, lease or otherwise deal with the Aircraft as if this Lease had never been made. LESSOR will be entitled to the full benefit of its bargain with LESSEE; or (f) apply all or any portion of the Security Deposit and any other security deposits held by LESSOR pursuant to any other agreements between LESSOR and LESSEE to any amounts due.

(g) for LESSEE’s account, do anything that may reasonably be required to cure any default and recover from LESSEE all reasonable costs, including legal fees and expenses incurred in doing so and Default Interest;
(h) proceed as appropriate to enforce performance of this Lease and to recover any damages for the breach hereof, including the amounts specified in Article 25.6; or
(fi) apply all or any portion of the Security Deposit and any other security deposits held by LESSOR or any direct or indirect subsidiary of LESSOR pursuant to any other agreements between LESSOR and with LESSEE to any amounts due.

(fh) apply all or any portion of the Security Deposit and any other security deposits or Maintenance Funds held by LESSOR Lessor pursuant to any other agreements between LESSOR Lessor and LESSEE Lessee to any amounts due; and/or
(i) apply any amounts paid or recovered in respect of Lessee’s liabilities under the Operative Documents to any of Lessee’s liabilities under the Operative Documents in such proportion, order and manner as Lessor determines in its sole discretion. Regardless of Lessor’s exercise of any remedy or remedies, Lessee’s obligations under this Lease will continue (including, without limitation, the obligations set forth in Articles 15 and 16) until the same have been fully discharged in accordance with the terms hereof. When any circumstances shall occur resultant from which Lessee shall be required by Lessor to return the Aircraft, the Airframe, any Engine, the APU or any Part thereof in accordance with the terms of this Lease or upon commencement by Lessor of any suit, claim or upon commencement of any controversy, judicial or otherwise, related with the Aircraft, the rights of possession thereof or this Lease, the Lessee shall, for as long as it shall be in possession of the Aircraft, the Airframe, any Engine, the APU or any Part thereof, be considered as a gratuitous trustee (depositario) of the Aircraft, the Airframe, any Engine, the APU or any Part thereof in accordance with the terms of the Second Volume, Title IV (Libro Segundo, Título IV), of the Commercial Code. For such purpose, Lessee hereby (i) expressly waives any right to receive any compensation for its acts as trustee in accordance with this Lease, (ii) acknowledge that it shall not be entitled to the use or disposition of the Aircraft, the Airframe, any Engine, the APU or any Part thereof, which will be maintained at the disposal of the Lessor, (iii) acknowledges that the Lessor will be under no obligation to indemnify, reimburse, or pay the Lessee the expenses in which, if any, Lessee shall incur for the conservation and maintenance of the Aircraft, the Airframe, any Engine, the APU or any Part thereof in its capacity as trustee of the same, (iv) acknowledge that it shall have no right of detention of the Aircraft, the Airframe, any Engine, the APU or any Part thereof and (v) accepts that it shall remain in custody of the Aircraft, the Airframe, any Engine, the APU or any Part thereof, at the disposal of Lessor, until the same has been materially returned to the Lessor or all Events of Default have been cured and that, the same shall be returned to the Lessor in the location and in accordance to the instructions of Lessor as provided in this Lease.

Upon the occurrence of any Event of Default, all rights of LESSEE hereunder to continued possession of the Aircraft will immediately cease and terminate (but LESSEE's obligations hereunder will continue, including the obligations to protect and insure the Aircraft as required under this Lease). LESSOR may do all or any of the following at its option (in addition to such other rights and remedies which LESSOR may have by statute or otherwise but subject to any requirements of applicable Law):
(a) terminate Terminate this Lease by giving written notice to LESSEE;.
(b) require Require that LESSEE immediately move the Aircraft to an airport or other location in the continental U.S. designated by LESSOR;.
(c) for For LESSEE's account, do anything that may reasonably be required to cure any default and recover from LESSEE all reasonable costs, including legal fees and expenses incurred in doing so and Default Interest;.
(d) proceed Proceed as appropriate to enforce performance of this Lease and to recover any damages for the breach hereof, including the amounts specified in Article 25.5;.
(e) terminate Terminate this Lease by taking possession of the Aircraft or by serving notice requiring LESSEE to return the Aircraft to LESSOR at the location specified by LESSOR. LESSOR in the continental U.S. If LESSOR takes possession of the Aircraft, it may enter upon LESSEE's premises where the Aircraft is located without liability. Upon repossession of the Aircraft, LESSOR will then be entitled to sell, lease or otherwise deal with the Aircraft as if this Lease had never been madefree of any right or claim of LESSEE. LESSOR will be entitled to the full benefit of its bargain with LESSEE; or.
(f) apply Apply all or any portion of the Security Deposit or the Reserves and any other security deposits or reserves held by LESSOR pursuant to any other agreements between LESSOR and LESSEE to any amounts due.
