Common use of Lessor's Inspection Clause in Contracts

Lessor's Inspection. Upon the request of Lessor, Lessee shall advise Lessor as to the location of each Item of Equipment and shall, at any reasonable time, make the Equipment available to Lessor for inspection at the place where it is ordinarily located, and shall make Lessee's records pertaining to the Equipment available to Lessor for inspection.

Lessor's Inspection. Upon reasonable notice to Lessee, Lessor may inspect any of the request of Lessor, Lessee shall advise Lessor as to the location of each Item of Equipment and shall, at any reasonable time. Lessee shall, make upon request by Lessor, advise Lessor in writing of the Equipment available to Lessor for inspection at exact location of the place where it is ordinarily located, and shall make Lessee's records pertaining to the Equipment available to Lessor for inspectionEquipment.
