Common use of Lessor's Inspection Clause in Contracts

Lessor's Inspection. Lessor or its employees, or agents, shall have the right to enter the Premises following at least twelve (12) hours prior notice thereof to Lessee (except that no prior notice to Lessee shall be required in the event of an emergency or for the performance of cleaning, janitorial and any other service required to be performed by Lessor under this Lease) at any reasonable time or times for the purpose of inspection, cleaning, repairs, altering, or improving the same but nothing contained herein shall be construed as imposing any obligation on Lessor to make any repairs, alterations or improvements which are the obligation of Lessee; provided, however, that Lessor shall not unreasonably interfere with Lessee's use and occupancy of the Premises.
