Letters Approving Key Personnel and Changes in Proposer’s Organization. The Proposal shall include a copy of the approval letter(s) issued by TxDOT pursuant to Section 3.2.5.13.2.5.1 approving the Key Personnel. If Proposer’s organization has changed since submission of the QS, Proposer shall specifically describe such changes and, if applicable, include a copy of TxDOT’s approval letter provided under ITP Section 2.11.
