Letters of reprimand Reprimand are to be removed from an Employee’s personnel file after twelve (12) months from the date of discipline, provided that the Employee has remained discipline free during that period, except in the case of incidents involving residents in which case third party interface ie. Residents and family where the record will remain on file if the complaint is not file, unless reversed through settlement at arbitration or arbitrationby settlement. Leaves of absence in excess of thirty (30) continuous calendar days will not count towards the twelve (12) month period noted above.
