The Landlord hereby leases the Property to the Tenant/Occupant in terms of the content of the Lease Agreement, read together with the Annexures referred to in clause 23, and The Landlord reserves the right according to his sole discretion to determine the composition of Tenants/Occupants inhabiting the Building.
