LEVEL AND CONTINUATION OF RIGHTS AND BENEFITS. All existing employee rights and benefits which are mandatory subjects of bargaining and have not been incorporated into this Agreement shall remain unchanged during the term of this Agreement, unless the Association has the opportunity to bargain over the change.
