Level I – Immediate Manager. The grievance shall be reduced to writing on a District grievance form signed by the unit member and filed with the immediate manager. The grievance shall include the following information: A statement of the grievance and the facts upon which it is based; the remedial action requested; and the article and section of this Agreement alleged to have been violated. The response to the grievance will be prepared in writing by the immediate manager and submitted to the unit member within ten (10) working days of the pre-grievance dispute resolution.
