Common use of Level II- Director Clause in Contracts

Level II- Director. If the aggrieved is not satisfied with the suggestion for resolution received in Level I after full disclosure of the evidence has been made, he/she may within five (5) days (or as per paragraph 13 of this Article) of receipt of such written response, submit his/her written grievance to the Director and request a meeting to discuss the grievance. The meeting shall be within five (5) days (or as per paragraph 13 of this Article) of the request. The meeting shall be conducted in a manner as stated in Level I. Within five (5) days (or as per paragraph 13) of the meeting, the Director shall provide the aggrieved with a written response stating his/her position and suggestion for resolution of the grievance.
