Level II – President or Designee (College); Vice Chancellor or Designee (District Office. The unit member may appeal the decision at Level I within ten (10) working days after receipt of the written decision of the immediate manager by submitting all pertinent written materials to the President/Vice Chancellor (or designee). The President/Vice Chancellor (or designee) will meet with the unit member within ten (10) working days of receipt of the grievance and shall render a decision within ten (10) working days of the meeting.
