Level II – The Superintendent Or Designee. 15.5.1 If the grievance is not resolved, the grievant shall appeal, in writing, the Level I decision to the Superintendent or designee within seven (7) days after the final response. If no response has been made to Level I, the grievant shall file the Level II appeal within ten (10) days after filing the Level I grievance. Copies of the appeal and accompanying statements shall be forwarded simultaneously by the grievant to the other party to the complaint and to the Association.
