Level One Procedure. a. The Grievant shall first submit, in writing, a grievance to the Building Principal or immediate supervisor by executing Grievance Form No. 1 and submitting this form to the principal or immediate supervisor. A copy of this form is attached hereto and made a part hereof. Every effort shall be made by the Grievant and Respondent to adjust the grievance as informally as possible. b. A conference shall be held between the Grievant and the Respondent, and the Respondent shall render a decision to the Grievant within five (5) school days after the initial submission of the Grievance.
