Common use of Level Three Clause in Contracts

Level Three. a. If the aggrieved party is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level Two, or if no decision has been rendered with five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, he/she may file the grievance with the Association President or designee for review and transmittal to the Superintendent of Schools within five (5) school days after the decision at Level Two or fifteen (15) school days after the grievance was presented, whichever is sooner.

Level Three. a. If the aggrieved party person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her their grievance at Level Two, Two or if no decision has been rendered with five seven (57) school days after presentation discussion of the grievance, he/she they and/or the Association may file the grievance in writing with the Association President or designee for review and transmittal to the Superintendent of Schools within five seven (57) school days after the decision at Level Two or fifteen (15) school days after the grievance was presented, whichever is soonerdays.

Level Three. a. i. If the aggrieved party person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her the grievance at Level Two, or if no decision has been rendered with five within ten (510) school days or fourteen (14) calendar days after presentation of the grievance, he/she may file the grievance with the Association President superintendent or designee for review and transmittal to the Superintendent of Schools within five (5) school days after the decision at Level Two or fifteen (15) school days after the grievance was presented, whichever is soonerhis designee.

Level Three. a. (a) If the aggrieved party person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her his grievance at Level Two, or if no decision has been rendered with five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, he/she may file the grievance with the Association President or designee for review and transmittal to the Superintendent of Schools within five (5) school days after he has first met with the superintendent or his designee, he may file the grievance in writing with the Association within five (5) school days after a decision at Level Two by the superintendent, or fifteen ten (1510) school days after the grievance was presentedpresented to the Superintendent, whichever is sooner. Within five (5) school days after receiving the written grievance, the President of the Association will refer it to the Grievance Committee.
