Common use of Level Three Clause in Contracts

Level Three. a. If the aggrieved party is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level Two, or if no decision has been rendered with five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, he/she may file the grievance with the Association President or designee for review and transmittal to the Superintendent of Schools within five (5) school days after the decision at Level Two or fifteen (15) school days after the grievance was presented, whichever is sooner.

Within five (5) school days after receiving the written grievance, the President of the Association will refer it to the Grievance Committee.
