Common use of Level Three Clause in Contracts

Level Three. (a) If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level Two, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, otherwise he/she must file the grievance in writing and refer it to the superintendent of schools. (b) Within five (5) school days after receipt of the written grievance by the superintendent, the superintendent will meet with the grievant and association representative in an effort to resolve it.

Level Three. (a) If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her the grievance at Level Two, Two or if no written decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, otherwise he/she must the grievant may file the grievance in writing and refer it to with the superintendent of schoolsSuperintendent within five (5) school days after the written decision at Level Two. (b1) Within five (5) school days after receipt of the written grievance by the superintendentgrievance, the superintendent Superintendent or his/her designee will meet with the grievant and association a representative in an effort to resolve itof the Association at the option of the grievant.

Level Three. (a) a. If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level Twoof b. The Superintendent shall meet with the grievant in an attempt to resolve the matter as quickly as possible but within a period not to exceed ten (10) school days; the Superintendent shall communicate the decision in writing to the grievant and the Association and the principal, or if no decision has been rendered immediate supervisor, within fifteen (15) school days of receipt of the grievance or five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, otherwise he/she must file the grievance in writing and refer it to the superintendent of schools. (b) Within five (5) school days after receipt of the written grievance by the superintendent, the superintendent will meet meeting with the grievant and association representative in an effort to resolve itgrievant.

Level Three. (a) a. If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her the grievance at Level Two, or if no decision has been rendered within five ten (510) school working days after presentation of the grievance, otherwise he/she must file the written grievance in writing and refer it was delivered to the superintendent of schools. Level Three. (a) If the grievant aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her his grievance at Level Two, or if no decision has been is rendered within five (5) ten school days after presentation of the grievance, otherwise he/she must file the grievance in writing and refer it was delivered to the superintendent of schools. (b) Within Superintendent, he may within five (5) school days after receipt the grievance was delivered to the Superintendent, whichever is sooner, request in writing that the Association submit his grievance to the Board of Education (hereinafter referred to as the written grievance by the superintendent, the superintendent will meet with the grievant and association representative in an effort to resolve itBoard).
